TMG Global is pleased to announce the addition of Marvin Elam as PMO Manager, bringing over 20 years of experience in optical networking, data networking, and cloud platforms to the team.
Marvin began his career as an Optical Transport Engineer, spending more than a decade engineering and managing large, complex projects on a global scale before transitioning into project management and rising through the ranks to Director of Project Management and Professional Services. In that role, he continued to deliver Optical Networking and Data-Center Interconnect solutions for customers around the world. His expertise lies at the intersection where optical technology meets IT and the evolving cloud landscape — an area he’s passionate about as technology continues to move toward cloud-based innovation.
“Technology is advancing rapidly, and with the integration of AI and cloud infrastructure, this is an incredibly exciting time to be at the forefront of enterprise transformation,” said Marvin. “I was drawn to TMG because of its strong presence in the enterprise and healthcare space, and I’m thrilled to contribute to projects that push the boundaries of what’s possible in modern infrastructure.”
Known for his empathetic leadership style and ability to bring out the best in his teams, Marvin is dedicated to helping his colleagues achieve both professional and personal success. Since joining TMG Global, he’s been impressed by the warmth and camaraderie of the team.
Outside of work, Marvin is a certified personal trainer and fitness coach, having trained both athletes and pageant competitors. He’s passionate about health and wellness, traveling with his family, especially to the beach, golfing, working on trucks and cars, and even target shooting. Always curious, Marvin enjoys picking up new hobbies and exploring new experiences.
