The scope includes full project management and technology integration resources, coordinated hardware logistics, structured deployment scheduling, and onsite execution across a multi-week engagement. TMG Global will manage the effort end to end, from staging and inventory through deployment, cable management, connectivity validation, and legacy hardware relocation.
