TAMPA, Fla., May 18, 2026 –TMG Global is pleased to announce the successful completion of Phase 1 of a large-scale wireless network refresh for a multi-site healthcare network, delivered across multiple sites in Florida, Kansas, and North Carolina through a high-tempo, precision-driven deployment effort.
Project Overview
Phase 1 of the engagement focused on modernizing wireless infrastructure at designated end-of-life sites. The scope included after-hours installation of properly oriented Mist AP47 access points with associated mounting hardware, deployment of Cisco Catalyst switches, and, where applicable, the refresh of end-of-life access layer switches to meet current network standards. All work was performed during approved maintenance windows to minimize disruption to daily operations.
The project ran on an aggressive schedule of 20 deployments per week across three regions – a demanding cadence that required tight coordination, disciplined execution, and a team prepared to solve problems in real time.

What distinguished this project was the team’s cohesion under pressure. The group operated as a single, unified unit from start to finish, staying locked in across every region and maintenance window. Any roadblocks encountered along the way were addressed and resolved collectively, keeping the aggressive deployment schedule on track without compromising quality or standards.
