TMG Global has successfully completed a large-scale infrastructure refresh and network readiness initiative across 82 medical facilities in support of the hellocare platform rollout.
The engagement spanned 9 states and 55 cities, providing professional services to assess, upgrade, and prepare approximately 620+ network distribution closets (IDFs/MDFs). This effort resulted in the deployment of more than 2,200 switches, including both new installations and the replacement of end-of-life hardware. The work ensures these healthcare environments are now fully equipped to support hellocare’s advanced, network-powered capabilities in patient care areas.
“The complexity and coordination this project required were immense,” said Beth Griffin, Senior Project Manager at TMG Global. “From navigating live care environments to managing daily migration windows, our team remained focused, flexible, and deeply committed to delivering on every milestone. It was a privilege to lead such a dedicated group.”
Executed over the course of a year, the initiative included daily progress tracking, site-specific scheduling, switch staging, and onsite day-one support, and was completed ahead of schedule.
Special recognition goes to Franklyn Deschamps, Technical Delivery Lead, whose leadership in the field helped ensure precision and consistency at every location. A heartfelt shout-out also goes to Samantha Ehrenstrom, Technical Delivery Lead, whose exceptional handling of resource management and scheduling was critical to the success of this project.
This project marks a major step forward in enabling one of the nation’s leading healthcare systems to launch the hellocare platform across its network—backed by a robust and future-ready IT infrastructure.
