FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
TAMPA, Florida, March, 10 2026 –TMG Global today announced the successful completion of a comprehensive End User Device (EUD) readiness, deployment, and legacy removal project spanning three healthcare facility locations across Texas. The projects supported site acquisitions and were executed across three structured phases, designed to ensure minimal operational disruption and full alignment with acquisition timelines.
Here’s how it all went down:
Phase 1: Site Readiness and Assessment
In early November, TMG Global conducted comprehensive onsite readiness and EUD assessments at both locations. Two TMG resources were deployed per site to evaluate infrastructure readiness, validate device inventories, and document deployment requirements. Assessment findings directly informed the deployment strategy, imaging plan, and resource allocation model for subsequent phases, ensuring a controlled and efficient rollout.
Phase 2: Warehousing, Imaging, and Primary Deployment
From November through February, TMG Global managed approximately 6,000 square feet of secure warehouse space across two locations to support receiving, inventory tracking, staging, and logistics coordination. Device imaging and preparation were completed prior to onsite installation. In January, 80 to 90 percent of end user devices were deployed in a structured side-by-side format at each location, with three dedicated resources per site – two TMG core resources and one local resource – ensuring timely execution and coordinated installation. All devices were staged, configured, installed, tested, and validated according to deployment standards, with daily progress documentation to maintain transparency and schedule adherence.
Phase 3: Final Deployment and Legacy Removal
From early February through March, TMG Global completed final device installations and removed all legacy end user equipment from all facilities. Two TMG resources provided onsite transition support to ensure operational continuity and proper decommissioning of all replaced assets. This phase finalized the transition to the new device environment and formally closed deployment activities at all sites.
“Coordinating a deployment of this magnitude across two active healthcare locations requires trust, communication, and a team that can adapt in real time. We stayed focused on minimizing disruption at every turn, and the results speak for themselves. This is the kind of work TMG Global was built to do.” stated Tammy Singer, Senior Project Manager for TMG Global.
