TMG Global has been awarded Phase 1 of a major Emergency Department (ED) expansion initiative in the South Florida Region. The project will enhance patient care and operational efficiency across hundreds of newly designed rooms, with technology deployment scheduled to begin after the first of the year.
As part of the project’s first phase, TMG Global will provide comprehensive project management and field technician services, supporting IT installation, validation, and Go-Live readiness. Acting as an extension of the client’s internal IT team, TMG Global will oversee the setup of more than 270 spaces, including patient rooms, nurse stations, offices, and critical support areas—ensuring seamless technology integration across the expanded Emergency Department.
“Our team is proud to play a role in advancing healthcare infrastructure throughout the region,” said Steve Mohr, CEO of TMG Global. “This expansion reflects a shared commitment to improving patient outcomes through smart, reliable, and scalable technology solutions.”
Phase 1 will focus on IT equipment installation, validation testing, imaging, and network readiness. TMG Global’s onsite team will manage inventory, data port information, and day-one support for Go-Live activities to ensure a smooth transition into full operation.
With the first deployment set to launch early in 2026, planning is already underway for Phase 2, which will build on the initial success and extend the technology footprint into additional areas of the facility.
“This is a strong win for our team,” said Micki Greenberg, Director of Operations. “Their commitment to precision, planning, and collaboration continues to make TMG Global a trusted partner for critical infrastructure projects throughout Florida and beyond.”
