Since joining the company as PMO Manager, Marvin has brought more than 20 years of experience in optical networking, data networking, and cloud platforms to the team, and his leadership has quickly made a measurable impact across the organization’s enterprise and healthcare engagements.
In his expanded role, Marvin will oversee the end-to-end execution of TMG Global’s project portfolio, strengthening delivery standards, scaling the project management function, and ensuring the company continues to meet its commitment to excellence on every engagement. His focus on operational rigor and people-first leadership positions him to drive consistency and quality as TMG Global continues to grow.
Marvin began his career as an Optical Transport Engineer, spending more than a decade engineering and managing large, complex projects on a global scale before transitioning into project management and rising to Director of Project Management and Professional Services. His expertise lies at the intersection where optical technology meets IT and the evolving cloud landscape – an area he remains passionate about as technology continues to move toward cloud-based innovation.
