TMG Global, a national leader in enterprise technology deployments and telephony integration, has announced the expansion of its support services for a large financial institution in the southeastern United States. The expanded program builds on the original 151-location telephony modernization scope and now includes 170+ additional sites, reinforcing TMG Global’s position as a trusted implementation partner for mission-critical infrastructure projects.
Under this expanded scope, TMG Global will deploy Cisco 79xx and 88xx handsets across up to 32 new locations while continuing rollout and preparation efforts across previously completed sites. Across the broader multi-phase engagement, TMG Global’s telephony engineering team has delivered and will continue to deliver:
- Receiving, building, and deploying new Cisco phones at designated sites.
- Testing dial tone and validating call functionality.
- Documenting serial numbers, MAC addresses, IPs, and extension mapping.
- Staging and aligning legacy equipment per client guidance.
- Providing daily site-level updates and comprehensive completion reports.
- Coordinating closely with onsite leadership to align scheduling, access, and deployment readiness.
In addition to onsite deployment, TMG Global has supported large-scale backend preparation efforts at central operations facilities including unboxing, validating, labeling, preparing shipments, and coordinating configuration activity for distribution across the institution’s multi-state footprint.
This project includes full schedule development, stakeholder cadence management, onsite expectations alignment, field technician coordination, and real-time escalation support. TMG Global’s proven methodology ensures that all work is synchronized with client priorities and that deployments are executed efficiently during business and off-hours as needed.
