Following the success of a previous nationwide desktop modernization, TMG Global has once again been selected to lead a large-scale Point-of-Sale (POS) and Tablet Deployment Project for a major U.S. dining chain. The initiative spans 784 restaurant locations across the country, strengthening the brand’s digital infrastructure and in-store technology experience.
The comprehensive engagement includes end-to-end project management, deployment coordination, and implementation of next-generation POS terminals and tablets at each designated restaurant. TMG’s team is overseeing the full deployment lifecycle, from logistics planning and equipment validation to on-site installation, connectivity testing, and final reporting.
With a dedicated team including a Project Manager, multiple Project Coordinators, and Technical Delivery Leads, TMG Global is orchestrating the deployment schedule, communications plan, and weekly progress reporting to ensure seamless execution. Each location receives newly staged and configured hardware, deployed according to standardized workflows designed to optimize efficiency and minimize operational downtime.
“This continued partnership speaks volumes about the trust and collaboration we’ve built,” said Beth Griffin, Senior Project Manager at TMG Global. “Coordinating hundreds of simultaneous deployments requires precision, communication, and teamwork at every level, and our teams have once again risen to the challenge. It’s incredibly rewarding to deliver another successful national rollout for such a valued partner.”
The project, scheduled for completion by late November, underscores TMG Global’s ongoing leadership in national-scale technology rollouts and its commitment to delivering high-performance infrastructure solutions that enhance customer experience and operational readiness.
