He studied at IT Career Lab, where he polished his abilities in Cisco Routing and Networking, and afterwards at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers of Chicago.

Throughout his career, Jermaine has held various roles in both technical and customer-focused positions. He has excelled in imaging desktops, configuring hardware, and providing top-notch support to end-users. His ability to seamlessly integrate devices into Azure Active Directory and his proficiency in ticket resolution through Service Now demonstrates his dedication to delivering exceptional service.

Jermaine’s passion for technology extends beyond his work history. His experience as an RF Survey Technician with HNM Systems underscores his commitment to precision and attention to detail, vital skills in the IT world.
