TMG Global, a leading provider of IT integration and consulting services, is pleased to announce another successful Telephony Rollout project in Tennessee. The project, aimed at modernizing communication systems by transitioning off legacy on premise solution to a new hosted voice solution, which included the deployment of new Polycom phones across multiple campuses over a few days.

TMG Global’s responsibilities included providing the necessary carts and tools for deployment, ensuring resources were available as per the project schedule, and staging phones prior to migrations. TMG provided daily reports on work completed and project status, as well as maintained a log with details of phones received, scanned, and MAC addresses provided to engineering for configuration and location purposes.
