TMG Global has successfully completed the build and installation of 42 Capsa Trio mobile computer workstations at the holding facility in Central Florida. The project, which involved assembling the carts and integrating essential technology such as monitors, keyboards, scanners, and mice, was completed ahead of schedule despite supply chain obstacles.

The team was faced with a delay in technology delivery, but quickly pivoted, optimizing project time by reallocating team members to documentation efforts during the wait. This adaptive approach kept momentum high and timelines on track.
