Anthony will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure for all ongoing and future projects. This includes collaborating with project managers to align IT infrastructure with project requirements and objectives, coordinating with project leads to seamlessly integrate technology solutions into projects, developing a comprehensive framework for project structures, setting clear expectations for project execution, overseeing resource allocation and project scheduling, upholding and enhancing quality standards for the delivery of exceptional solutions, and providing meticulous oversight during switch migration projects to safeguard the integrity of IT infrastructure.

Furthermore, Anthony will spearhead the implementation of our comprehensive training program, fostering the development and growth of TMG Global’s talented team members. He will also oversee the creation and implementation of the TMG Global Lab training program, further reinforcing the organization’s commitment to knowledge and skills development.
