TMG Global proudly celebrates three key team members who have reached the significant milestone of five years with the company. Micki Greenberg (Director of Operations), Jeff Poggio (Technical Delivery Lead & Design), and Alex Zuleta (Solutions Lead) were honored with a surprise celebratory dinner hosted by Steve Mohr, Managing Principal of TMG Global.
Reflecting on Eight Years of Growth
TMG Global is now in its eighth year of business. The first three years focused on testing out the TMG Enterprise Program Management model in the VAR environment. Five years ago, the company’s focus shifted to selecting the right team members to expand the model, incorporating “Technology Integration” for large-scale rollouts. The last two years have been dedicated to upgrading infrastructure, scaling processes, and most importantly – cultivating a team that embodies TMG’s culture.
In recognition of the company’s growing and dedicated team, TMG Global has established the “TMG 5 Year Club.” This accolade honors the hard work, loyalty, and success of team members who have contributed significantly to TMG’s journey. Inductees receive a beautiful Crystal Award commemorating their service, a bonus check, and an exclusive dinner with the founder and owner.
This year marks the inaugural celebration of the TMG 5 Year Club, and the founding inductees – Micki Greenberg, Jeff Poggio, and Alex Zuleta – were surprised with the honor. Moving forward, they will participate in the annual exclusive dinner to welcome new members each year.
Meet the Five Year Honorees
Micki Greenberg – Director of Operations
Micki has been instrumental in ensuring seamless operational workflows and fostering a collaborative work culture at TMG Global. Her leadership and organizational skills have been vital to managing the company’s growth and efficiency.

Jeff Poggio – Technical Delivery Lead & Design
Jeff’s expertise in technical delivery and design has played a key role in the successful implementation of numerous client projects. His attention to detail and innovative approach continue to set the standard for excellence at TMG Global.

Alex Zuleta – Solutions Lead
