TMG Global is proud to announce its latest telephony project supporting a leading healthcare provider’s recent acquisition of five hospitals and a stand-alone offsite location in the Southeastern United States. This initiative involves a comprehensive telephony system assessment to prepare the sites for migration to the customer’s standardized telephony platform.

The project focuses on conducting detailed site surveys across all newly acquired locations. TMG Global’s team will gather critical PBX information, including dial plans, voicemail users, auto attendants, contact center agents, and paging systems. Legacy telephony equipment such as Nortel Opt 81, Nortel Opt 61, Nortel 1000 MG 7.0, and Avaya IP Office will be evaluated as part of the assessment.

Key activities will include:

• Onsite Physical Walkthroughs: Reviewing telephony systems, circuits, and voice gateways at each location.
• Infrastructure Assessment: Examining all MDFs and spot-checking selected IDFs per floor to evaluate current conditions.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinating with the legacy telephony team to gather site-specific information, including diagrams, circuit details, and considerations for migration.
