In support of a major healthcare provider’s recent acquisition, TMG Global successfully completed a comprehensive Network Infrastructure and Telephony Site Survey, encompassing 14 offsite locations across the region.
The team assessed existing hardware devices and infrastructure within each Main Distribution Frame (MDF) and Intermediate Distribution Frame (IDF) across all locations. The evaluation also included wireless access points, phone types, and compliance with EPIC network hardware standards to facilitate hardware procurement.
Spearheaded by Senior Project Manager Tammy Singer, with Project Manager Jayson Tate serving as the main Technical Delivery Lead, the project was supported by Technical Delivery Lead & Design Jeff Poggio and his team of experienced Field Technicians.
The surveys were successfully executed within an impressive two-week timeframe with the first week consisting of onsite activities, and the second week focused on data compilation and the development of the assessment overview report.
