TMG Global is proud to announce the promotion of Doug Morgan from Enterprise Program Manager to Director of Project Management Office (PMO).

Doug will oversee the strategic alignment, standardization, and risk mitigation efforts for TMG Global’s projects. He will lead and mentor other Project Managers and Project Coordinators while providing presales assistance and managing key performance indicators. Additionally, Doug will focus on project profitability, training, financial oversight, and client management.

Doug Morgan’s promotion comes as a result of his outstanding performance as Enterprise Program Manager, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership and project management skills. His experience in managing complex projects, combined with his deep understanding of TMG Global’s operations and goals, makes him the ideal candidate to lead the PMO.
