As the Director of Marketing and Company Culture, Catherine will be responsible for orchestrating and aligning public relations and marketing efforts to ensure they are in harmony with TMG Global’s mission and values, enhancing both external and internal perceptions. This role encompasses managing external communications, branding, and internal employee onboarding & cultural initiatives.
Key responsibilities of the role include driving culture and engagement initiatives that consistently reflect TMG Global’s core values, such as accountability, ethics, and best-in-class service. Catherine will oversee and facilitate related activities, conduct workshops, create content, and manage culture-related communications. Additionally, the role will measure and report on the cultural impact within the organization, ensuring that TMG Global’s values infuse every aspect of its operations.
One of the key initiatives under Catherine’s new role is to create the “Heart” of TMG Global through effective PR and HR, a robust employee section, and innovative employee programs. By infusing the company’s materials and website with a strong cultural identity, TMG Global aims to strengthen its public image and internal cohesion.
Catherine is the creative force behind Logo Dynamo. She has been in business for herself for over 20 years, but started in the industry 30+ years ago. On a personal note, Catherine is a mother to 2 girls and in her spare time enjoys yoga and traveling.
