The Principal Network Consultant’s role involved leading the Route/Switch Network approach, configuration, and guidance on best practices by thoroughly assessing the client’s requirements. Business and technical constraints were evaluated in-depth to mitigate any potential risks. The Mohr Group’s experienced Consultant developed a comprehensive plan to facilitate an efficient, successful migration. 

The Consultant also provided system validation and Day 1 & 2 go-live, full-service support to ensure a smooth transition. The Staff Augmentation engagement began in November of 2021 with a successful completion in July of 2022.
