TMG Global has completed the first phase of a multi-phase hospital expansion project in Hialeah, Florida, adding 11 exam rooms, multiple provider offices, and more.

The expansion project included the addition of 11 exam rooms, multiple provider offices, a large, shared doctor’s space, a billing area, two nurse stations, and a patient waiting area. The original clinic footprint is now closed for renovations and will reopen with an additional four exam rooms added to the existing 12.

The goal of the expansion project is to upgrade the technology and interior of the original clinic footprint and expand the total footprint to accommodate the growing pediatric population in the area. As part of the project, all cables and computers have been relocated below the counter, resulting in better security and a cleaner environment for patients.

The scope of work for the project included program management, hardware logistics, inventory tracking, staging of equipment, patching of all technology in the IDFs, as well as on the device side, documentation of all network connections, technology installation, testing and validation, and Day 1 Support.
