TMG Global announces the appointment of Rick Mullins as Director of PMO. With decades of comprehensive experience in project management and a diverse background across multiple industries, Rick is a valuable addition to TMG Global.
Rick brings extensive project management expertise which began during his tenure within the department of energy’s nuclear weapons complex, where he refined his skills in managing complex projects in demanding environments. His background includes expertise in various industries, including tech services, construction, various professional services, and real estate.
In his new role, Rick will oversee the strategic alignment, standardization, and risk mitigation efforts for TMG Global’s projects. He will lead and mentor other Project Managers and Project Coordinators, providing pre-sales assistance and managing key performance indicators. Additionally, Rick will focus on project profitability, training, financial oversight, and client management.
To sharpen his skills, Rick continues his studies in leadership development and effective communication. He is currently working on his Neuro & Behavioral Project Management Certification.
Outside of work, Rick loves spending time with his family, engaging in outdoor activities such as hiking, and pursuing his passion for music. He is a self-taught guitar and drums player and a huge music lover.
