Mariette Frey Joins TMG Global as Director of Sales and Channel Partnerships

With a strong track record in enterprise IT sales and a heart for impact, Mariette steps into her role as Director of Sales & Channel Partnerships ready to drive meaningful results.

TMG Global is proud to welcome Mariette Frey as our new Director of Sales and Channel Partnerships. With a dynamic background in enterprise IT sales and leadership, Mariette is known for driving forward-thinking solutions that deliver lasting impact. She brings energy, strategic insight, and a purpose-driven approach to the TMG Global leadership team.

Spending the majority of her career in the corporate sector, Mariette pivoted 4 years ago to work with the healthcare industry to solve complex clinical, IT, and business challenges. 

“Mariette has a unique ability to turn complexity into clarity and results,” said Steve Mohr, CEO at TMG Global. “Her leadership style aligns perfectly with our mission of delivering impactful, end-to-end solutions for our clients, and we’re excited to have her on board.”

In her new role, Mariette will lead the company’s sales and channel partnership strategy, working closely with both internal teams and external partners to expand TMG’s reach, deepen client relationships, and accelerate growth.

Outside of her professional role, Mariette is also the host of the Moving Tips & Tricks Podcast, a platform dedicated to helping young adults navigate the challenges of relocating to new cities. After moving 20 times in 24 years to six major U.S. cities, she developed the FRED Framework for big life transitions, speaking on college campuses, 1:1 mentoring, and a Monday Mailer to support others in making confident, informed moves.

With her passion for people, progress, and purpose, Mariette is a powerful addition to TMG Global’s mission to deliver complex infrastructure projects with confidence.
