The Mohr Group was excited to return to a Hospital ICU Vertical Expansion Project in order to help bring it to a successful conclusion.
This expansion, which began at the end of 2020, has added multiple new floors to the existing ICU building, providing additional space for patient rooms and state-of-the-art medical equipment.
The last patient floor built in the expansion includes 25 patient rooms, multiple private and shared offices, a large centrally located nurse station, and nurse charting stations between each patient room. The floor also features workstations in a large common area, making it easy for medical staff to access electronic records and information. A physical therapy room is also included on the floor.
The Mohr Group was instrumental in providing the IT integration needed to ensure the best possible care for patients.
They worked closely with other vendors, project managers, and staff to provide a complete and cohesive finish to the expansion project. They are now excited to return to the hospital to provide Day 1 support, ensuring a smooth transition into patient care.
